Large Adams Style Neo Classical Mahogany Fire Surround
A superb mahogany fire surround of large proportions. Very well made in solid mahogany in the neo classical manner after Robert Adam. The carved decorations include rams heads, griffins, cherubs and a central urn. The upright pillars flanking the aperture are of architectural fluted form. Offered for sale in very good original condition.

18th Century Burr Walnut Chest of Drawers
A wonderful burr walnut chest of drawers from the mid 18th century. Well made in solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers onto a solid oak carcas. The top is fitted with eye catching book-matched quarter veneers and inlaid with stringing to the edges and finished with thumb nail moldings. There is a series of 2 short over 3 long, graduated drawers, each fitted with lovely brass handles and escutcheons. The drawer fronts are cross banded. The whole chest stands well on solid bracket feet. This chest oozes charm and character, We have had it cleaned and waxed in our workshops and it is now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.

18th Century Burr Walnut Chest of Drawers
A very good English burr walnut chest dating from circa 1740. Of good traditional construction in solid walnut with beautiful burr walnut veneers over an oak and pine carcas. The top is cross banded with feather banding inlay as are the drawer fronts. There is an arrangement of 3 short over 3 long , graduated, drawers giving ample storage capacity. The drawers are fitted with attractive solid brass handles and lock plates. All standing on strong bracket feet. 19th Century Boulle Work Table
A superb quality mid 19th Century French Boulle work, or sewing, table. Of fine construction in ebonised rosewood and embellished with Boulle inlaid detailing of red tortoise shell and brass. The finest inlaid detailing is repeated throughout the table and heightened with the addition of crisp ormolu mounts. The lift up top (lockable with key supplied) raises to reveal a fitted interior with a mirror to the lid. A pull out basket is located underneath. An excellent 3 piece salon suite from the late Victorian period. Comprising of a settee and a pair of armchairs. Very well made in solid rosewood and decorated throughout with profuse inlaid detailing in satinwood and ivorine. Further decoration is afforded by the carved open fret work panels to the backs. All standing on turned legs which terminate in their original brass and ceramic castors. The frames are in excellent condition and the upholstery is in serviceable condition although the brading is loose and frayed in places.

Of generous proportions and very well made in solid mahogany with carved scrolling decorations, swags, inlaid paterae and embellished with gilt work. The top has a broken-arch swan neck pediment surrounding a central urn shaped finial. The mirror is fitted with its original beveled glass plate and is in very good order.
