Description
An excellent William IV period mahogany extending dining table. Of fine construction in solid Cuban mahogany and with 3 leaf insertions. All standing on elegant turned legs which terminate in their original solid brass castors. The castors are stamped "Collinson Patent " which dates this table as being prior to the amalgamation of Cope and Collinson and therefore pre-Victorian. We have photographed the table with a set of 8 dining chairs but it would accommodate 10. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
