Description
A splendid burr walnut dressing table in the queen Anne style. Of good construction in walnut with stunning burr walnut veneers. The three plate (Tryptich) mirror is fully adjustable , the central mirror being adjustable in terms of rake, the flanking mirrors swing in and out. The table is of serpentine form, the top being cross banded and further embellished with gadrooned carving to the edges. There is an arrangement of two pairs of shorter drawers flanking a longer central drawer, All fitted with their original solid brass handles. The whole piece stands on elegant cabriole legs with carved detailing to the knees. We have had this item sympathetically repolished to a very high standard. It now has a great colour and patina and is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.Dimensions:
