Description
A lovely late 19th century inlaid mahogany bookcase, or side cabinet. Very well constructed in solid mahogany and decorated with inlaid stringing throughout. The top is banded in tulip wood and there are a pair of inset oval satinwood panels to the freeze. Surmounted by a bold pierced brass gallery. With a pair of doors fitted with charming brass grills that open to access an interior with adjustable shelving. The doors are lockable , key supplied. All standing on squat tapering legs. Sympathetically repolished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition. With a good colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.Dimensions:
