Description
A charming burr walnut cabinet (or bookcase) on stand in the William and Mary style. Dating to the early 20th century and well cosntructed in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. Decorated throughout with inlaid "seaweed" marquetry panels. The top section with a pair of glazed doors (lockable. key supplied) which open to access a shelved interior. Suitable for displaying books or ornaments. The base section has a pair of drawers and elegant turned legs which terminate in bun feet and are united by under-stretchers. Sympathetically repolished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a nice colour. Splits into 2 sections for ease of installation.Dimensions:
